• Portfolio tracking and analysis (paid plans)

• We do not provide personalized investment advice

• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses
• AI-generated analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Market data may be delayed or incomplete

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years of age

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

Free Plan: Limited daily and monthly scans with basic features.

Paid Plans (Plus & Pro): Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from our Service
• Resell or redistribute our analysis without permission
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraud
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StockScan AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
